Terms of Service
Standard terms governing custom web design, software engineering, and retainer agreements.
1. Scope of Agreement
T. Cottle Web Designs agrees to perform custom web design, Next.js software engineering, Local SEO optimization, and related digital services as specified in your executed Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, the client receives 100% full ownership of all custom frontend source code, custom design assets, and content created specifically for their platform.
3. Payment & Milestone Schedules
Standard website build projects require a 50% initial deposit prior to kickoff, with the remaining 50% due upon final QA testing and domain deployment. Fixed pricing means zero unexpected cost overruns unless additional scope is requested in writing.
4. Warranties & SLA
We guarantee 30 to 60 days of post-launch technical support to fix any bugs, visual defects, or code anomalies. We maintain a 99.9% uptime standard on all managed Vercel edge infrastructure setups.
